Payroll Management
Payroll processing begins by collecting employee attendance information, typically in the form of reports provided by the company's HR department, for the designated month. The calculation of payroll includes determining benefits and deductions, such as provided funds, ESI contributions, and income tax withholding. Once the salary has been calculated, it is then transferred to the employee's bank account or a check is issued. The cost to the company (CTC) is calculated by adding various components, such as the employer's share of PF contributions, bonuses, and ESI for accounting and record-keeping purposes.
